A nightmare or a fantasy?

Do dreams really come true? No wonder! Then life would have been much more easier and simple. There is huge difference between Real and Reel Life and so between a dream and a reality.

I am pretty sure most of you here must have given up on their childhood dreams because reality is something else.

People say , dreams are something what we do in our whole day. They just hit our mind in some way or the other.

It is something where only the mind is working and our whole body is calm and tired.  Not every dream turns into a reality. There are people who dont even remember their dreams. On the other hand, there are some people who every morning wake up with a dream of achieving their goals with lots of commitment and dedication.

My dreams came true to a very small extent. And I feel that we need to trust our dreams and work on it then only someday dreams would be a reality. However, there is just only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve and that is fear of failure. And to overcome this we just need to trust ourselves and remember that-“Sometimes the dreams that come true are the dreams you never even knew you had.”❤

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All About Love..

Love is when you deeply care for someone. A true feeling of happiness just by the presence of that person in your life. Its meant to be honest,real and pure.

A mature relationship always keeps us healthy and strong. No part of joy can be taken away by anyone. Its like two equals who love each other, respect each other and appreciate each other.

A person who makes you feel alive. Who pushes you to achieve your goals and dreams. Who stands by you every now and then and even in your hard times.

Someone who accepts you with all your flaws and weaknesses. Who knows everything about you and welcome it all.

He is someone who accepts you the way you are and doesn’t want to change you. He is someone who pulls your leg and laughs with. He brings out the child and good crazy in you. Someone with whom you can share all your fears because he is also the first one to know about all the good things.

Where You and me is just WE in every pain and sorrow. Where there is no ending. When there is endless love , faith and trust. No matter what. And the four words which I love the most are ” I’M HERE FOR YOU.”❤

How to keep your face glowing in summer.

During summers our skin gets scorched and gives an ugly tan which is very difficult to remove. We must pay special attention to it and adapt the skin care routine. So here are few home remedies for a healthy and glowing skin this summer.

1.Aloe vera is one of the best ways to soothe burned skin, but let me tell you chilled aloe vera is even much better. Fill up an ice cube tray with the aloe vera gel and keep it to freez. Just take out one or two cubes and rub it gently on your face. It will soothe your ailing skin.

2.A mixture of honey and lemon is the best. It helps to lighten our skin ton, smooth and glowing skin and it also removes our facial hair. Apply it for 15 minutes and then wash it off.

3.Another best way is the mixture of tumeric powder, milk , honey and milk cream (malai). Apply a layer of this paste on your face. Keep it to dry and the wash it off after 20 minutes with cold water. It gives a glowing and a beautifull skin. It’s even effective to hide facial hair. In my personal experience it has been one of the best thing for my skin. The result is amazing ,though it takes time. You need to do this on a regular basis.

4.Drink plenty of water. I am sure everyone is pretty much about it. It helps to get a radiant, young , fresh and a glowing skin.

So these are just some basis tips how to prevent your skin. You can do these at your time as suitable.😁

 

 

Meditation

Stressfull life? Busy schedule? Lots of anxiety and hunger. Lack of concentration. Feeling depressed at work place. Lots of stumbling block on our way. Then why not meditate and overcome all these hurdles with peace and have a good state of mind.

Meditate!! One hour? Half an hour?Nahh!! Just 15minutes in a day is what is required. And trust me, it makes us powerfull with a healthy state of mind. It improves our memory, enhances coping skills, healthy relationships, stress relief and a power to make good decision and many more.

You can do it anytime and anywhere. But I feel morning is the best time because our mind is susceptible to anything with less chaos around. Evening time it helps to take away our negative energy of the day.

It doesn’t matter whether you believe in God or not. Everyone can meditate.

If you are one of those who find forgiveness difficult, then regular meditation is just the ticket for you!

Cheer Up…

We often give up things easily. We find no other way. Lots of negativity flows into us. Such things hamper our thinking and because of that we dont think much. We need to make our mind from such things. Cheer up things in life. Wrong things and mistakes are bound to happen. Obstacles are often going to come in our path. But people dont want to sort out things . They dont think much. Probably they aren’t capable of it. In layman’s language those people think that these things were supposed to take place since its in my destiny or may be I am not that lucky to have my things in the first place. We should not lose hope . Keep on moving and achieving things. And one day surely we gonna celebrate our pure happiness. We need to trust ourselves . Aim high. We need to do things what we really want to do .We should never settle for anything which we never wanted. Thinking right and doing right would lead us way high. We need to make up our mind for any damm thing that comes in our way. Life is long. We need to have that excitment and cheer up our mind every now and then. So that we can prove ,we write our own destiny and we even create it .

So lets cheer up with full of confidence in us because life is much more.

So that we can always cheer a glass of wine in every win 😀
